Rules & Regulations

Herein are rules and regulations guiding the activities, members and prospective members of the Media Team.

  1. Every member of the media is expected to get his or her ID and display it at every church services, program or activities involving the church
  1. All media team members are expected to abide by the rules and regulation guiding the Church and as laid down through the Parochial Committee and the Shepherd of the Church.
  1. No Media Team member is allowed to use any of the Church media content for personal gain or self gratification.
  1. All media content meant for church members consumption are only allowed to be shared on all approved media platforms of the Church.
  1. No media member is allowed to bring in any external media person to the Church media activities except such has been given prior approval.
  1. Media team members are not allowed to take any media gadgets and equipment out of the church premises without prior approval from the stipulated authority.
  1. All media contents must be screened, approved and certified okay for public consumption before they are released on any of the media platforms.
  1. No media member is allowed to miss or be absent at any church service, programs or activities and if it is important that one is absent, such person must have informed the media team authorities.
  1. All media team members are ambassadors of the Church, none must be seen in any illicit activities or gathering that is capable of disrupting the reputation of the media team and the Church at large.
  1. The media team is expected to cover all approved program and activities of the church, no individual sentiments is allowed. All members of the Church should enjoy equal access to the presence of the media team of the church.
  1. All media team members are expected to be of specific service and contributions to the team, hence members are encouraged to engage in periodic trainings to improve individual knowledge and skills in the media space.
  1. All new and interested Media Team members must register with the media team and go through all the prerequisites of joining the team. All new members must be duly introduced to the team before adopting them.
  1. All external/outside services and invite must be discussed first and approve by the media team before accepting to go for such outside service.
  1. During events, services or programs of the Church that requires visiting media personnel or team, such individuals or group must first get approval from the Church management through the Church media team.

Please note that these rules are subject to review from time to time when and where necessary.
